Overnight Breakfast Cookie

Serves: 1 large cookie

-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup unsweetened  applesauce
-2 tbspunsweetened almond milk
-1 1/2 to 2 tbsp protein powder
-1 to 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
-1/8 tsp salt
**optional add-ins: chia seeds, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, or dark chocolate mini chocolate chips

1. Stir all ingredients together. Spread out on a plate. Refrigerate overnight. ​Enjoy!
